Thomas the thoughtless

The above is not any personal insight on Thomas the train. I was attempting to be clever.

My son is all into cars and trucks and Thomas the train. Boys are boys I suppose, as all he wants to do is watch Thomas and Rango, and as much as I’d love to do his room in these illustrations

I don’t think the headless big breasted Barbie torso would be condusive to a calming sleeping environment. I already fear I’m nurturing a budding serial killer (what with my too-much-tv-intervention-hoarders-who-the-****-did-I-marry-marathons, not because he’s actually had any signs, it’s more paranoia) I don’t feel it would be appropriate.

The thing about being my kind of artist is that I can copy cartoons. What a gift.

It’s basically thoughtless art (hence the title), because its not difficult, or challenging in any way. It’s just regurgitated nonsense.

But I hope he will look fondly upon them, and know mommy made him pictures to make him smile.

I just hope that memory isn’t from prison, or from the top of a pile of feces laden adult diapers.
