String balls update-from perfect to poo

Oh these are perfect!  I’m amazing!

Oh.

Apparently,  this project will undoubtedly be the straw that broke this Camilles back.

First thing I learned is it is 100% necessary to pop the balloon vs draining it out slowly, as to not wake up your sleeping teething baby.

The slow deflation causes the string to stick to the balloon, despite the gobs of vaseline applied to prevent this very phenomenon.

Much to my surprise, the ones I felt were the best were the worst, and vice versa, so instead of making them smaller and rounder, I will make them larger and more balloon shaped.  I must have this done by Sunday, Monday at the latest.

I planned to catch up on my sleep, but between the projects I have and the DIY projects me and Shane have found to try in our new home, sleep will be taking a rest. Ha!

I’m not going to mourn their loss for top terribly long, I have to learn from my mistakes and make a shit ton more.
