Sculpey Crumb and ode to my Mama Glad


I was bored while watching Shane work in his studio with numerous wires, so I made a Crumb the Bum with my Curious George clay. 

Here he is smacking Shane while he works:


Ok, so my camera didn’t focus well, or it did, on the wrong thing, but you get the idea.

Here’s him cooking away in the oven:


My great-grandmother, Mama Glad, taught me how to sew, embroider, cross stitch, crochet, knit, and amazingly enough, make origami when I was very young, like 1st or 2nd grade.  Her Aunt Dottie taught her, and her Aunt Dottie told her that no matter how good the front of anything looked, it was the back that showed your true craftsmanship.
